This web-portal has been developed through a French cooperation project funded by the Loire-Bretagne and Rhin-Meuse Water Agencies and implemented by the International Office for Water. The project aims to develop Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) in Lao PDR through 2 pilot basins: Nam Ngum and Nam Sa.
