Description
Second mission for the CARIBSAN team: institutional and technical mission. Identification of pilot sites in Havana and possible needs for training for INRH teams. One-day training on treatment wetlands. Meetings with partners from Cuba, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Saint Lucia.
